Pizza Crust

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup water (warm)
  • 1 large egg
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place parchment paper on pizza pan (12" wide).
  • In a bowl whisk egg.
  • Add the tapioca and coconut flour.
  • Pour in oil, warm water (avoid hot water as it may cook the egg) and mix all ingredients.
  • Spread the pizza dough with a spatula on pizza pan (dough will runny).
  • Bake first before adding toppings. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you would like the crust to be. Once it's to you liking add your favorite toppings.
  • *Tip: I like to use a pizza dish with holes to get a crispy crust.
